Senior Housing Manager
Location
Scotland (Perth, Glasgow, Aberdeen or Inverness) – Hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in office)
Contract Details
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
- Pay Rate: £525–£550 per day (Umbrella PAYE)

Our client is delivering a major electricity grid upgrade programme across rural northern Scotland. Recognising the challenges in housing a growing workforce, the organisation has committed to developing a comprehensive housing and accommodation strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Housing Manager to lead the implementation and evolution of this strategy. The role involves:
- Managing a small team of internal specialists and external consultants
- Driving innovative housing solutions
- Ensuring alignment with wider organisational objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of housing and accommodation initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement across government, industry, and housing organisations
- Lead commercial negotiations for housing solutions
- Manage and influence internal and external teams
- Oversee risk identification and mitigation
- Ensure transparent reporting and governance

Key Requirements
- Leadership experience in housing, urban planning, real estate, or similar disciplines
- Degree in a relevant field
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial and negotiation capability
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking
- Ability to drive programmes from concept to delivery
