What We Do

Our agency offers end-to-end support for global brands, helping them:

  • Create and localise content
  • Distribute and place media strategically
  • Evaluate reach and engagement through data and insights

The Role

DMS is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our tightening operational team. This hands-on role – blending operational HR work and project-based initiatives – will ensure our employee experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the HR Director in delivering the People Plan
  • Managing day-to-day HR functions, including payroll processing and operational compliance
  • Contributing to organisational design, health and wellbeing programs, and employee engagement strategies
  • Reviewing, updating, and writing policies and procedures
  • Overseeing employee onboarding and first-line support matters
  • Delivering admin-efficient HR services, ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Leading Employee Relations cases as necessary

You will work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, thriving in a role that blends administrative duties with strategic initiatives. A flexible working policy allows four days on-site, one day hybrid.


Requirements

We are seeking a strong, experienced HR Generalist with:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Advisor role
  • Intermediate to strong knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Experience in Handling Employee Relations cases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills across all levels (junior to C-Suite)
  • A solid understanding of HRIS systems
  • Enthusiasm for fast-paced environments and multi-tasking
  • An ideal candidate will have a background in Media/Entertainment (preferred but not mandatory)
