The Role
DMS is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our tightening operational team. This hands-on role – blending operational HR work and project-based initiatives – will ensure our employee experience is exceptional.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the HR Director in delivering the People Plan
- Managing day-to-day HR functions, including payroll processing and operational compliance
- Contributing to organisational design, health and wellbeing programs, and employee engagement strategies
- Reviewing, updating, and writing policies and procedures
- Overseeing employee onboarding and first-line support matters
- Delivering admin-efficient HR services, ensuring consistency and compliance
- Leading Employee Relations cases as necessary

You will work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, thriving in a role that blends administrative duties with strategic initiatives. A flexible working policy allows four days on-site, one day hybrid.
Requirements
We are seeking a strong, experienced HR Generalist with:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Advisor role
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Experience in Handling Employee Relations cases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills across all levels (junior to C-Suite)
- A solid understanding of HRIS systems
- Enthusiasm for fast-paced environments and multi-tasking
- An ideal candidate will have a background in Media/Entertainment (preferred but not mandatory)
