Requirements
Experience needed:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced HR role, CIPD level 5 qualified is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent IT skills and sound knowledge of HR systems, processes and legislation.
- Up to date knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR.
- Experience of supporting the implementation of change initiatives, ideally within a rapidly growing or evolving business setting.
