Location: Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

Salary: £55k - £65k dependant on experience


Ashley Kate is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation in Leeds to recruit an experienced Senior HR Advisor. Senior HR Advisor - The Role

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will deliver a high-quality, commercially focused HR service, partnering closely with stakeholders across the business. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people matters while supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to support the delivery of business goals and embed effective people practices
  • Provide pragmatic, solutions-focused HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and policy guidance
  • Lead on complex and sensitive Employee Relations cases, ensuring risk is managed and outcomes are fair and consistent
  • Coach and develop line managers to build capability and confidence in managing people
  • Contribute to and lead on HR projects and initiatives that support organisational development and continuous improvement

Senior HR Advisor - About You

  • Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience handling complex ER cases independently within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • A true HR generalist with experience across recruitment, performance, and employee engagement
  • Confident communicator with excellent influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and able to deliver solutions that add real business value
