WHAT WE DO

A full-service creative digital agency, we use our people, technology, and insights to help global media, entertainment, sports, and lifestyle brands create, manage, localise, distribute, and evaluate their content—ensuring maximum media reach.

THE ROLE

DMS is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a hands-on operational role, supporting the HR Director in delivering the People Plan.

You’ll take on a varied role encompassing:

  • Payroll processing
  • Organisational design
  • Health and well-being initiatives
  • Reviewing, updating, and writing policies & procedures
  • Employee engagement & onboarding

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing front-line HR support to ensure a top-tier service at all times.
  • Managing the day-to-day HR function, including administrative duties for an efficient and compliant HR service.
  • Leading projects and initiatives aligned with the People Plan.

Our hybrid work model requires 4 days on-site and 1 day working remotely.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Advisor role
  • Intermediate to strong expertise in UK Employment Law
  • Experience in Employee Relations cases
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel & Word
  • Strong communication skills, from junior to C-Suite
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Ideal Media/Entertainment background (advantageous)
