Senior HR Advisor (Business Partnering)
Leading US law firm renowned for its inclusive and collegiate firmwide culture, is seeking a highly talented and confident Senior HR Advisor to take on the business partnering piece of HR in conjunction with HR operational needs reporting directly to the HR Associate Director within a highly successful and busy HR team. We are looking to hire an individual who can combine strong HR operational capability with sound judgment and a strong sense of urgency, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, managers and employees while supporting the full business professional lifecycle for the London office.

Senior HR Advisor (Business Partnering) Key Responsibilities:
Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR support across employee relations, performance, absence management and day-to-day people matters Advise managers and partners on people management issues, escalating complex cases as required Support employee relations processes, including disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement and absence cases Assist with investigations, documentation and meeting coordination Support recruitment activity, including workforce planning and direct sourcing initiatives Coordinate onboarding, promotions and induction processes to ensure successful integration Support annual appraisal, salary review and bonus cycles Prepare compensation data, benchmarking information and HR reports Manage appraisal documentation and monitor key deadlines Support managers in delivering effective performance feedback Support implementation of HR projects, systems and process improvements

Senior HR Advisor (Business Partnering) Skills & Requirements:
5+ years’ HR experience within a law firm CIPD Level 5 qualified Experience with HRIS systems, Workday preferred, as well as online benefits platforms
