Senior HR Advisor

Blackburn | £45,000 - £50,000 + Up to 15% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge within a thriving manufacturing business? Do you enjoy managing complex employee relations, partnering with leaders, and using data to influence business decisions? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We're partnering with a well-established, global manufacturing organisation that has been at the forefront of engineering innovation. With operations spanning the UK, North America, Europe and Asia, the business supplies specialist components into a wide range of highly regulated industries, earning an outstanding reputation for quality, technical expertise and customer service.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team in Blackburn.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering proactive, commercially focused HR support across a busy manufacturing site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys operational HR but is also keen to develop the strategic skills required to progress into a future HR Business Partner role.

Working closely with managers across the business, you'll lead on complex employee relations matters, provide expert employment law guidance, analyse HR data to identify trends and support wider people initiatives that drive business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
