About The Role
Are you passionate about delivering a seamless people experience during times of change? Do you thrive in a role where every day brings new partnerships, challenges, and opportunities to make a real impact?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with TUPE experience who enjoys working at pace, collaborating with operational leaders, and guiding stakeholders through complex processes with confidence.
About The Role
As one of our Senior HR Advisors (TUPE), you’ll be part of a team with other Senior Advisors and TUPE Coordinators, and you’ll report into the TUPE Lead as part of our wider HR Operations team. You’ll become an expert for all things TUPE - supporting both incoming (gain) and outgoing (loss) transfers. You’ll shape the employee experience through thoughtful consultation, clear communication, and meticulous data handling, ensuring a smooth transition for everyone involved.
From reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI) data and identifying risks, to collaborating with other internal teams, preparing documentation, and supporting mobilisation and demobilisation meetings, you’ll play a vital part in delivering organised, compliant, and people-focused TUPE processes. You’ll also collaborate closely with HR colleagues, operational teams, and internal terms to keep everything running effortlessly behind the scenes.
If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor, this role offers plenty of opportunity to shine.
Key Responsibilities
TUPE Gain
- Provide expert TUPE guidance to Operations and act as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
- Liaise with outgoing contractors, review ELI data, spot risks, and coordinate timely resolutions.
- Prepare essential TUPE documentation including scripts, letters, measures, and welcome packs.
- Attend mobilisation meetings and give clear, concise updates.
- Support consultation training sessions and collaborate with teams such as Timegate, HR Support, and TUPE Admin.
- Work proactively to ensure new starters have seamless onboarding, including right-to-work and DBS checks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
