This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR administrator or HR assistant to join a highly regarded and hugely successful media and advertising agency.
Based in fabulous offices in central London for at least three days per week, you will be part of a small but highly effective HR team supporting a lively, energetic, high-performing workforce.
Two days per week are able to be worked remotely.

Duties
- Updating and carrying out new starter and induction processes
- Maintaining HR records and managing databases
- Assisting with the payroll and benefits process
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, including first-level ER support
- Updating HR policies and processes
- Supporting efforts for employee well-being, retention, and development

This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity for someone to build their generalist HR skills. It would suit someone with:
- Approximately 12 months+ UK-based HR experience (ideally in the creative industries)
- An interest in building a long-term career in HR
- Curious about learning more about the media, marketing, and communications sectors
- Able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills together with an outgoing, proactive, and intelligent approach
- Superb attention to detail

Salary
Between £35,000 and £38,000 dependent on experience plus great benefits.
