Senior HR Business Partner (on an 18-month FTC)

The Senior HR Business Partner (on an 18-month FTC) will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that align with business goals within the professional services industry. This position requires a strategic approach to human resources, with a focus on delivering value in a fast-paced environment.

Description

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to address employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and cultural change programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex HR matters, providing expert guidance and solutions.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role within the professional services industry.
  • A strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.
  • Experience within Professional services.
  • Experience in leading organisational change and managing complex HR projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • The ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
