About the role

As a Senior HRBP, you will translate business needs and objectives into wider people initiatives and talent strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of HRBP & Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB), you will act as a strategic advisor, navigating an ever-changing environment to influence the business within a wider enterprise context. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, driving organisational growth, and planning for learning, talent, and development.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Advisory & Planning: Serve as a strategic consultant to provide robust workforce planning and deliver a progressive HR strategy aligned with core business imperatives.
  • Business Partnership & Coaching: Build effective, collaborative partnerships across the business, serving as a trusted coach, challenger, and "uncomfortable companion" to senior leaders.
  • Organisational Development & Change: Champion organisational development and design, actively driving change management initiatives to enable business growth and success.
  • DIB & Talent Management: Cultivate a culture of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) while executing key HR initiatives across performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the broader HRBP team to share insights, solve complex problems, and lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide HR projects to accelerate best-in-class practices.

The skills and experience you need

  • Senior HR Expertise: Extensive experience (7+ years) as a Senior HRBP within global, medium-to-large scale organisations (1,000+ employees), with a stable and progressive career history.
  • Professional Services & Tech Partnering: A background operating within professional services (e.g., finance, law) alongside proven experience partnering directly with technology client groups.
  • Matrix Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex, matrix environments to lead change and solve problems.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Strong analytical capability to manipulate data, extract meaningful insights, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive business progress.
  • Professional Qualifications: Fully CIPD Level 7 qualified and/or holds an MSc in Human Resources, paired with the resilience to provide counsel and execute hands-on tasks in demanding situations.

Where and how you'll work

This is a permanent position based in our London office. Plus there will be travel to our Nottingham office as and when needed. We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days.

Our offices are designed to inspire and support you. At our Nottingham head office, you'll find an on-site gym, restaurant and dedicated Learning Loft. Our London office boasts a rooftop running track and coffee bar.
