We are supporting a global tech organisation.
- 4 months contract
- 30 hours per week
- £525 Inside IR35 per day
- 2 days per week in the Manchester office for meetings
Join us as a Senior HR Business Partner (People Advisory) in Manchester and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s future. This dynamic position offers the chance to partner closely with senior leadership, delivering strategic HR solutions that drive impactful change and foster an inclusive, vibrant workplace culture. You will advise on global initiatives such as Reward and Diversity, guide organisational transformation, and ensure talent aligns with our business objectives. Required Skills
- Proven experience (8+ years) in strategic HR partnering and advisory roles
- Excellent communication, influencing, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Deep knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment legislation relevant to the UK
- Expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent lifecycle management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Ability to lead and support large-scale organisational change initiatives
- Solid understanding of financial planning, P&L, and budgeting related to HR functions

Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with HR digital tools and HRIS systems
- A track record in diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Certification in HR or related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior HR advisory or business partner role, ideally within a complex or global organisation
Other Requirements
- Willingness to engage in occasional travel within the UK
