YOUR ROLE
The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to senior leaders, driving the people agenda to support business performance, growth, and transformation. This role requires proactive identification of commercially driven solutions within defined business areas.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing challenge, insight, and coaching on organizational and people matters
- Translate business strategy into practical HR solutions and plans
Organisational Design & Change
- Lead organisational change
- Drive and support change and transformation programmes
- Ensure effective communication and engagement through change
Talent & Succession
- Identify and develop Talent and Key Enablers and succession pipelines
- Lead People Reviews and calibration process
- Partner with SLT and senior managers to build high performing, diverse teams
Employee Relations
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies
- Mitigate risk through proactive HR policies

Performance & Culture
- Drive a high performance culture through effective performance management
- Support leadership capability and management effectiveness
- Champion employee engagement including leadership of engagement forum
Data & Insight
- Use people data and analytics to inform decision making and identify trends
- Provide insight led recommendations to improve performance
HR Delivery & Projects
- Ensure budgets and Headcount is monitored and updated monthly. Ensure budget files are updated accurately and reflective of costs.
- Lead and/or contribute to local and head office HR projects and campaigns including continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistent and high quality HR service delivery in a fast-paced environment ensuring deadlines are met.
- Work closely with UK HR team, CEVA L&D, and HO colleagues to develop and identify interventions required and increase knowledge in specialist areas as required.

- Proven experience as a Senior HRBP or HR Business Partner in a complex organisation
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link people strategy to business outcomes
- Proactively take ownership to successful conclusion
- Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience leading organisational change and transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset
- Data driven mindset with experience of using HR analytics
- Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality
- Resilient and able to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Practical & Technical Knowledge
- Good computer literacy
- Seeks new ways to improve current working methods
- Solutions focused
- Awareness of current/upcoming employment law legislation
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
