Senior HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading professional services organisation during a period of significant growth, transformation and strategic change.

Client Details

This is a high-profile 18-month fixed-term contract, offering the chance to partner with senior leaders across a dynamic and evolving business. With ambitious growth plans, ongoing investment in technology and innovation, and a strong focus on organisational effectiveness, this role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys helping leaders navigate change.

Description

Operating at Senior HR Business Partner level, you'll join an established People function with strong specialist support across talent, reward, learning, employee relations and people operations.

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, challenge and support to leaders across a range of people matters.
  • Use workforce data and insight to identify trends and influence decision-making.
  • Lead talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support organisational design, change and transformation programmes.
  • Drive employee engagement and leadership capability agendas.
  • Lead complex employee relations activity and people risk management.
  • Work collaboratively with Centres of Excellence to deliver a seamless HR service.
  • Support annual pay review, promotion and performance management processes.

Profile

We're keen to hear from HR professionals who have operated within professional services, partnership-led or complex matrix environments.

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience in a Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, change and growth.
  • Excellent generalist HR knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong employee relations expertise and sound commercial judgement.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
  • A data-led approach to problem solving and decision making.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a collaborative style.
  • Experience gained in Legal or Professional Services Sector is essential
