Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner (UK)

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders across the UK and EMEA, driving strategic people initiatives that support business growth. You'll play a key role in workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and leadership coaching while helping build a high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance, and engagement.
  • Support organizational change and transformation programs.
  • Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Analyze people data to support strategic workforce decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification preferred.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law.
  • Experience in SaaS, HRTech, or technology organizations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
