Senior HR Manager 12 Month FTC

Senior HR Manager – 12-Month Contract Role

We’re thrilled to announce a partnership with a leading luxury retail brand, who are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager for a 12-month contract—a key position within their People team.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the Head Office Leadership Team
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all People-related matters
  • Support both head office and retail operations while:
    • Shaping critical business decisions
    • Balancing commercial needs with HR best practice and UK employment law

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as a strategic HR business partner, influencing decision-making across all People-related matters
  • Providing expert guidance on UK employment law and resolving complex employee relations
  • Supporting and challenging senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between:
    • Commercial outcomes
    • People strategy
  • Driving continuous improvement and upholding HR best practices company-wide

About You

We’re looking for an HR professional with:

✔ Proven success in strategic HR business partnering at a senior level ✔ A solid background in UK employment law, including confidence in advising on:

  • Complex legal matters ✔ Experience partnering with Head Office functions, with retail engagement strongly preferred ✔ A track record of:
  • Leading people teams
  • Developing talent ✔ Exceptional influencing skills, including:
  • Ability to challenge and drive buy-in at senior leadership level ✔ Ideally with fashion/retail sector experience
