We're partnering with a growing luxury fashion brand to recruit a Senior HR Manager on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
With around 145 UK employees and exciting retail expansion plans on the horizon, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage of its growth. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, you'll act as a trusted partner across the business, delivering a broad operational HR service. This is a hands-on generalist role with responsibility for employee relations, performance management, payroll oversight, HR projects, employee engagement and supporting managers with day-to-day people matters.

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, coaching managers and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll be calm, professional, discreet and confident, with a proactive approach and the ability to adapt your style to a variety of stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic luxury brand where no two days are the same and where you'll play a key role in supporting the next phase of the company's growth.
