Senior HR Manager One of our most prestigious, globally connected US law firm clients who have the appeal that draws the world’s most ambitious clients and talent alike. They are looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their established London office who will be responsible for the Human Resources functions in the London & International offices (specifically focusing on the Fee-Earner population, including employee relations, business services recruiting, onboarding and workforce management). Salary to £120,000 (experience dependant) Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote) Excellent employee benefits and stunning City Location Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager: Providing support and guidance to partners, lawyers, managers, and employees on all employee relations issues such as coaching, discipline, hiring, termination Partner with the Directors, Managers in respect of business support staff hiring and performance management Partner with practice management, HR and employment lawyer in respect of performance management of all lawyers Assist with the HR annual budget in conjunction with the Director of International Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer Developing and evaluating effective sources to ensure the most qualified candidates are recruited, interviewed, and selected Key Skills & Requirements of the Senior HR Manager: CIPD Certification At least 5 years of professional HR experience with an emphasis in employee relations, recruiting and workforce management, extensive fee-earner experience is desirable Demonstrable commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest HR trends Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organisational, and planning skills
