Role Overview: This Senior HR Business Partner role is a pivotal position within a small, high-performing HR team. Acting as the lead HR contact for a key business area, you will combine strategic influence with hands-on delivery, driving performance, capability, and culture. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape people initiatives while ensuring effective day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities of the Senior HRBP: Lead on all HR activity for your business area, providing commercially focused and pragmatic advice to stakeholders Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure fair, consistent, and compliant processes Partner with managers on recruitment, workforce planning, and capability development Drive people initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement across HR processes and systems

Requirements of the Senior HRBP: Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment Strong employee relations expertise, including handling complex cases Ability to influence, challenge, and coach senior stakeholders effectively Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
