(Ambitious? 💪 Yes, but, hey, that's what got us here) About the role Hybrid Now, we’re on the lookout for a Senior People Partner to support our business organisation across Edinburgh, Glasgow or London. You’ll be embedded with Exec and Senior Leaders as a trusted advisor, coach and partner, balancing data with empathy, strategy with sleeves-rolled-up delivery. This is a Senior level Individual Contributor role, with scope to shape people strategy and influence senior stakeholders across a complex, global organisation and it’s a role with plenty of variety and impact:from org design and change programmes to manager capability, employee relations, engagement and culture-building, you’ll help our brilliant humans do their best work. What you’ll be doing Partnering for impact: You’ll work closely with senior leaders across functions to shape people plans that unlock business outcomes and keep teams moving in the same direction. Org design and change: You’ll lead and land org design, restructuring and change initiatives -clarifying roles, decision rights and ways of working so teams can move fast without breaking too many things. Uplevelling manager capability: You’ll coach leaders, run feedback workshops and build practical toolkits that help good managers become great ones. Employee Relations, done right: Handle complex ER matters with care and confidence, balancing risk, empathy and the law-always aiming for fair, timely outcomes. Turning data into action: You’ll use people metrics and insights across engagement, attrition, DEI and performance cycles to spot patterns, tell the story and steer meaningful action. Supporting talent, growth and mobility: You’ll drive workforce planning, succession and career pathways, partnering with TA and L&D to help us attract, grow and keep brilliant humans. Keeping culture and cadence: You’ll support key people rituals - from performance and compensation cycles to engagement moments - while simplifying processes and systems for scale. About you Tech/global experience: You’ve worked in a fast-paced tech and/or global organisation, partnering with senior leaders through complexity, scale and change. Trusted relationship-builder: You create psychological safety, maintain confidentiality and influence senior stakeholders with clarity, calm and just the right amount of candour. Strategic and hands-on: You’re equally happy in the weeds and on the whiteboard -able to set direction, then ship the work that gets us there. UK ER expert: You bring strong working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice, with experience managing nuanced, sensitive cases. Globally aware: You may have awareness of international employment practices - particularly in Spain, China, Singapore and the USA -though this is a beneficial not essential. Data-curious operator: You’re comfortable with metrics, dashboards and experimentation, using evidence to prioritise work and prove impact. Change champion: You’re skilled in org design, change management and shaping ways of working in dynamic, matrixed environments where the destination can shift mid-flight. Coach at heart: You elevate manager capability with candid feedback, practical tools and a growth mindset — helping leaders build inclusive, high-performing teams.
