Senior HRIS Analyst – 1-Year Fixed Term Contract

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst for a 1-year fixed-term contract, based at our Paddington Head Office.
As Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the governance framework for global HR processes and data structures within the HRIS core module (SuccessFactors).
- Leading the change request process while driving continuous improvement and ensuring system functionality aligns with our HRIS roadmap and long-term business objectives.
- Taking ownership of first-line support and technical updates across the Employee Central and Performance modules—including testing, training, and facilitating adoption of new functionalities across local sites.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be instrumental in:
- Managing the HRIS Change Governance Forum.
- Maintaining the Data Dictionary and determining the impact of process changes within the system.
- Acting as a bridge between local and global needs, ensuring global consistency while incorporating local requirements where possible.
- Enforcing global HRIS Standards across all sites.
- Updating and maintaining the Operating Procedures, outlining required processes.
- Developing technical work instructions for system administration.
- Owning the technical workbooks for Employee Central, with detailed knowledge of business rules (e.g., derivation logic, notifications, alerts).
- Supporting UAT for system updates and providing a global template for change communication.

Requirements & Skills
To thrive in this role, we are looking for experience and strength in:
- HRIS governance, change management, and global process oversight.
- HR data governance, data quality, and system-driven processes.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central, including business rules and workflows.
- Operating in a global environment, balancing standardisation with local needs.
- Stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and supporting UAT/release processes.
- Process improvement, adoption, and compliance across multiple sites.
- Creating clear documentation, training materials, and delivering knowledge transfer.
