Senior HR Advisor – Rotherham (Full-time, Permanent)
Elevation HR are partnering with a growing food manufacturing company to appoint a Senior HR Advisor at their Rotherham site on a full-time, permanent basis. This newly created role embodies the dynamic needs of a successful, expanding business and offers an opportunity to act as a strategic HR generalist, shaping workforce policies, culture, and operational processes from day one.
About the Role
Working closely with the management team, you will support and develop the people agenda across the business, delivering variety and autonomy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role balances the ability to stretch autonomy while maintaining collaborative support as a standalone HR function within the site.
A key generalist, you’ll shape policies, influence culture, and drive meaningful change while delivering hands-on expertise across all HR disciplines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
