Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships, managing complex employee relations matters, and supporting organisational change?
Steatite, part of Solid State PLC, is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our growing HR team.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll partner with managers across the business, provide expert HR advice, support strategic people initiatives, and help drive a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Manage complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance to managers
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding and employee development activities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to HR projects and People Strategy initiatives
- Deliver training, coaching and leadership support
- Produce HR metrics and insights to support business decision-making

About You:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters
- Experience supporting change management initiatives
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering or a technical environment would be advantageous
