We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our growing HR Shared Services team. Supporting managers across more than 750 stores nationwide, you'll deliver high-quality generalist HR advice and guidance, with a particular focus on managing complex employee relations matters and helping drive positive people outcomes across the business.

You'll act as a point of contact for line managers providing practical and solution-focused advice. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

This role is based in our Speke office, with hybrid working (4+1) available after six months' service.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Advise, support, and guide on all aspects of the colleague life cycle including employee relations, employment law, contracts, disciplinary, grievances, sickness, absence, and performance management
  • Act as a point of contact to more junior HR Advisors in their day-to-day activities in a fast-paced working environment
  • Provide advice primarily via telephone
  • Draft correspondence for formal meetings in the form of invite and outcome letters
  • Proactively manage employee relations matters to ensure cases are handled in a robust, fair, and timely manner
  • Balance multiple priorities to ensure smooth resolution of all ER cases

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
