Senior HR Advisor
6 Month Fixed Term Contract | Up to £50,000 | Predominantly remote with occasional travel
Are you an experienced HR Advisor who thrives on employee relations, enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves?
We're supporting one of our clients in the search for a Senior HR Advisor to partner with its Technology and Finance functions. Reporting into a strategic HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering pragmatic HR support across a fast-paced, evolving business.
This is a varied, hands-on role where your time will be focused on complex employee relations, alongside supporting organisational change, analysing people data, coaching managers, and driving consistent people practices.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing complex ER cases from start to finish.
- Coaching and influencing leaders on employment law and people matters.
- Supporting restructures and organisational change projects.
- Using HR data and insights to identify trends and improve performance.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK and Europe.
- Supporting talent, performance, and wider HR initiatives.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong, end-to-end employee relations experience.
- Is confident advising senior managers and challenging where appropriate.
- Enjoys working independently and taking ownership.
- Can balance operational HR with change and project work.
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
