Senior HR Business Partner

Are you a commercially minded HR Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced, global environments? We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leadership, influence business strategy, and drive high-impact people initiatives within a leading global organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with executive leaders, shaping organisational design, leading change programmes, and delivering strategic HR solutions that directly support business growth.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with Vice Presidents and senior leadership teams on strategic people initiatives.
- Provide trusted advice and coaching on organisational, leadership and workforce matters.
- Lead organisational design, restructures and change management initiatives.
- Drive the delivery and adoption of key people programmes, including performance, engagement, talent and retention.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Identify capability gaps and develop workforce solutions to support future business needs.
- Act as the voice of the business within the HR function, influencing the wider People agenda.
- Ensure HR policies, processes and practices are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
- Deliver practical, commercially focused solutions to complex people challenges.
- Ensure local HR practices remain compliant while aligning with global HR strategy.

What we're looking for
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior or executive leadership.
- Strong background in organisational design, restructures and change management.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor.
- Experience partnering with Centres of Excellence across Talent, Reward, Learning and Employee Relations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business priorities and people outcomes.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within large, complex or international organisations is highly desirable.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
