Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and commercially focussed HR Business Partner to join our thriving HR team based in UK, with a hybrid model (majority time in Bordon, Hampshire) and the option to work from home 1–2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Strategic Leadership
- Drive the HR plan alongside the Head of HR, delivering against agreed budgets and objectives
- Manage our HR Advisor
- Deputise for the Head of HR when required, and partner with the UK leadership team for consistent HR support
2. Strategic Partnership & Advisory
- Serve as senior leaders’ trusted advisor on matters like:
- Organisational design
- Workforce planning
- Employee engagement
- Employee relations
- Translate business needs into targeted HR initiatives, backed by data-driven insights
- Influence critical decisions with evidence-based recommendations

3. Talent & Performance Management
- Partner with the Talent, Development and Recruitment Partner to deliver:
- Talent reviews and succession planning
- Developments initiatives
- Coach managers on performance best practices (goal setting, feedback, improvement)
- Identify high-potential employees and support career pathing
- Continuously audit processes, seeking ways to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Imagine: identifying the next generation to drive our digital transformation
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage complex employee relations issues collaboratively
- Promote a positive, inclusive culture aligned with asmodee’s company values
- Develop retention strategies and boost employee morale and satisfaction
- Champion continuous improvement inEmployee Retention Leads
Requirements
Essentials
- CIPD Level 7 Certified (essential)
- Degree (HR, Business, or related) with progressive experience (essential)
- 10+ years in HR, specifically as an HR Business Partner (partnering with senior stakeholders) (essential)
- Legal knowledge (‘Employee Rights’) and HR best practices (essential)
- Managed change or complex organisational designs (essential)
- Demonstrated coaching experience and stakeholder influence (essential)
