We’re recruiting for an exceptional Senior HR Business Partner (SHRP) opportunity within a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly successful organisation.
This is a strategic partnering role with high business visibility—it offers the chance to shape people strategy at senior leadership level, reporting directly to the Head of HR.
The Opportunity
You will act as a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team and management, partnering across diverse functions—operations, logistics, finance, sales, and marketing. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to influence business strategy and enhance organisational performance
- Providing expert guidance on:
- Organisational design
- Workforce planning
- Employee engagement
- Change management
- Resolving complex employee relations issues with commercially-focused pragmatism
- Coaching & developing leaders to maximise capability and performance
- Supporting talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Using data and HR analytics to drive informed decision-making
- Driving continuous improvement in people processes
- Deputising as needed for the Head of HR
- Effective HR people management of an HR Advisor

About You
We’re seeking a candidate with the following credentials:
- CIPD Level 7 accreditation
- Degree-level education
- Proven HR Business Partner experience in complex, high-stakes environments
- A strong track record of strategic partnerships across multiple stakeholder levels (C-suite to operational teams)
- Commercial awareness with an ability to align people strategy to business objectives
- Experience leading organisational change & transformation
- Strong employee relations expertise, including resolving complex disputes
- People management experience
- Exceptional influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Resilience, positivity, and solutions-focused mindset

- Operational/logistics/distribution and/or multi-site HR experience
- International/global organisation exposure

- Salary: £60,000–£70,000
- Bonus: 10% annual opportunity
- Hybrid model: Primarily office-based in Hampshire (minimum 3–4 office days/week)
