Artis HR are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work alongside senior leaders as they navigate growth, change, and organisational priorities, bringing commercial thinking, pragmatic advice, and a strong people focus to key business decisions.

This is an opportunity to step into a visible and influential role where you'll have the autonomy to challenge, shape, and improve how things are done, while making a genuine impact on both business performance and employee experience.

This role is advertised with a Bristol location; however, the successful candidate will be expected to work from our Cardiff office two days per week as part of our hybrid working arrangement. The remaining days can be worked flexibly in line with business needs and team requirements.

This arrangement offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and leadership teams in Cardiff while maintaining flexibility and a balanced approach to hybrid working.

The Opportunity

As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will play a key role in shaping people strategies that support organisational goals while ensuring positive outcomes for employees and leaders alike.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
