Help Shape the Future of Health and Care Technology

At Camascope, we're on a mission to transform how care is delivered through technology.

Our platform connects pharmacies, care providers and healthcare professionals, helping organisations improve safety, efficiency and outcomes for the people they support. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in building a high-performing, people-first organisation.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business at a pivotal stage of its journey. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the UK and India, leading a small HR team while helping shape the people strategy that supports our ambitious growth plans.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic business partnering with operational HR leadership.

You'll be trusted to advise leaders, coach managers, drive key people initiatives and ensure our HR practices remain practical, scalable and commercially focused. You'll also lead and develop a team of three HR professionals, helping them deliver an outstanding service across the business.

Please note that this is initially a 9-month FTC position with the potential of becoming permanent.

What You'll Be Doing

Partnering with the Business

  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer and leadership team to deliver the people agenda.
  • Develop and implement people plans covering hiring, performance, retention, culture and development.
  • Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice to managers and leaders.
  • Lead, coach and develop the HR team across the UK and India.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
