As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in building a high-performing, people-first organisation.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business at a pivotal stage of its journey. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the UK and India, leading a small HR team while helping shape the people strategy that supports our ambitious growth plans.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic business partnering with operational HR leadership.
You'll be trusted to advise leaders, coach managers, drive key people initiatives and ensure our HR practices remain practical, scalable and commercially focused. You'll also lead and develop a team of three HR professionals, helping them deliver an outstanding service across the business.
Please note that this is initially a 9-month FTC position with the potential of becoming permanent.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with the Business
- Work closely with the Chief People Officer and leadership team to deliver the people agenda.
- Develop and implement people plans covering hiring, performance, retention, culture and development.
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice to managers and leaders.
- Lead, coach and develop the HR team across the UK and India.

Talent & Growth
- Support business-critical and senior-level recruitment activity.
- Improve hiring processes and candidate experience through effective use of ATS data and reporting.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience across all locations.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Lead complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance to managers.
- Maintain HR policies, processes and documentation, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Support managers with performance, probation, absence management and wider people matters.
Culture & Performance
- Drive performance management and development initiatives.
- Support inclusion, wellbeing and employee engagement programmes.
- Use HR data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review and enhance reward and benefits programmes to remain competitive and relevant.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with experienced HR professionals who can combine strategic thinking with a willingness to roll their sleeves up and get involved.
You'll likely bring:

- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience operating as a Senior HRBP, HR Manager or HR Lead.
- Strong employee relations expertise and knowledge of core HR disciplines.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams.
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Strong HR systems and data capability.
- Experience within a fast-paced technology, healthcare or high-growth environment.
