Flexible working: This is a hybrid role, with around 60% of your time spent onsite with your client groups and the People Leadership Team, and 40% working remotely.

RICS is a globally respected professional body, setting standards across land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to help shape and deliver people plans that support our organisational priorities, strengthen our culture and improve colleague experience.

This is a senior, visible role partnering with Executives and leadership teams across two designated directorates.

Why this role?

You will have the opportunity to influence people priorities at a senior level, working closely with Executives, senior leaders and specialist colleagues across Reward, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

You will join RICS at an important point as we continue to build a more joined up, world class People service, with real scope to shape practical solutions, strengthen leadership capability and support organisational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, bringing insight, challenge and practical support across workforce planning, organisational design, leadership capability, employee relations, reward, engagement and culture.

What you will be doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
