Senior HR Manager | Up to £70,000 | Hybrid (London)

I'm working exclusively with a fast-growing SaaS business that's changing the way enterprise organisations manage their global contractor workforce.

They're looking for a Senior HR Manager to join on a key hire, working alongside the Fractional CPO, CEO and COO to lead the People function through an exciting period of growth.

  • Leading the day-to-day HR function
  • Employee relations, policies and UK employment law
  • HR operations, onboarding, offboarding and HRIS
  • Working with EOR providers to support an international workforce
  • Driving employee engagement, wellbeing and culture
  • Office management

What they're looking for:

  • HR leadership experience in a startup or scale-up SaaS business
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge
  • Experience managing international employees via EORs
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to partner senior stakeholders
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
