Role: Senior IC Test Engineer
Our international client is currently searching for a Senior IC Test Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimise semiconductor test solutions on the Advantest V93000 platform. Supporting products from early silicon evaluation through to mass production will be required. The role spans wafer and package-level testing, characterisation, qualification, and production support with offshore OSAT partners.

- Develop hardware and software test solutions for wafer and package testing
- Collaborate with design, product, validation, and applications teams to evaluate new IC designs
- Support Design for Test (DFT), characterisation, reliability, and qualification testing
- Deploy and support test solutions at offshore manufacturing sites
- Optimise test programmes to improve yield, reduce test time, and increase manufacturing efficiency
- Participate in design and test review meetings and provide technical reporting

Essential Requirements
- Strong experience in semiconductor ATE testing
- Experience with Advantest V93000 (preferred)
- Background in high-speed mixed-signal IC testing
- Knowledge of high-speed PCB design and schematic development
- Experience supporting offshore test or production environments
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
