ICT Engineer Opportunity

Are you an experienced ICT Engineer ready to take ownership of complex, mission-critical designs across cutting-edge data centre projects? This is an opportunity to shape highly technical solutions, influence best practice, and play a key role in delivering integrated ICT systems at scale.

  • Technical Ownership & Impact – You’ll lead the design of advanced ICT infrastructure across both passive and active systems, producing high-quality Stage 4 deliverables that directly influence the performance and resilience of mission-critical environments.

  • Collaborative, Multi-Disciplinary Environment – Work closely with MEP, BIM, and specialist teams to deliver fully coordinated, integrated designs that meet complex client requirements.
  • Client Engagement & Influence – Take an active role in client interactions, presentations, and design reviews, building trusted relationships and influencing technical outcomes.

Essential Skills

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering or ICT discipline
  • Strong experience in ICT / Active Network design within consultancy or contractor environments
  • Expertise in structured cabling systems (Cat6A, fibre optic design, backbone & horizontal infrastructure)
  • Proven experience in active network design (LAN/WLAN, switching architecture, firewalls, IP strategy)
  • Experience delivering detailed Stage 4 ICT designs, specifications, and coordinated outputs
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as TIA-942, TIA-568, BICSI, EN50600
  • Must be CCNP & CCNA qualified
