We're looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional to play a key role in a large-scale cybersecurity transformation programme within a complex, global enterprise.
12-Month Contract | Hybrid (Mainly Remote) | Inside IR35
This is a technical leadership position for someone who has successfully delivered enterprise Identity transformations and can bridge the gap between architecture, delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a leading role in a major enterprise Identity transformation, helping shape both the technical direction and long-term strategy.
- Partner with internal teams and external specialists to understand the current Identity landscape and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help develop a practical roadmap for modernising Identity and Access Management across a complex technology estate.
- Act as the go-to technical expert for Identity, providing guidance and influencing decisions across multiple stakeholders.
- Champion modern Identity practices, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and fit for future business needs.
- Collaborate with delivery partners and suppliers to ensure solutions are designed and implemented effectively.
- Help establish robust governance, operational processes and ways of working that support long-term success.
- Support the transition from legacy Identity platforms to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Provide technical oversight throughout the programme, ensuring delivery aligns with business and security objectives.

Ideally, you'll have:
- A proven track record of leading or contributing to large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation programmes.
- Strong technical knowledge across the Identity domain, combined with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
- Previous hands-on experience with Identity technologies, giving you the credibility to challenge designs and make informed technical decisions.
- Experience working across areas such as Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, authentication and access controls.
- A good understanding of cloud Identity services, particularly within Microsoft Azure/Entra ID and AWS environments.
- The confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party partners.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments where multiple systems, technologies and business units need to be brought together.
