Senior Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) Administrator

Job Ref: 90754 Location: Leicester Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 per annum Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role

Are you an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) Administrator looking to join a growing wealth management firm where you can genuinely make an impact?

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-growing independent financial planning business investing heavily in its support structure.

Recently relocated into new offices, the company is planning aggressive expansion over the next five to ten years. They are now appointing a Senior IFA Administrator to help develop their administration team, having previously handled most tasks in-house through Financial Advisers.

As the business evolves, they now seek an individual who thrives on ownership and wants to grow with the company, getting involved in a close-knit team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
