Senior Financial Services Administrator (IFA) – York

We’re supporting a highly reputable Chartered Financial Planning firm in York, known for its exceptional client service, supportive team culture, and a people-first approach. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their growing team.

The Role

This is a senior-level position for an administrator confident in end-to-end IFA administration. You will collaborate closely with Financial Planners, managing complex cases, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial contact through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own workload with precision and accountability
  • Supporting Financial Planners in diary management, meeting preparation, and client communications
  • Attending client meetings and addressing complex technical cases
  • Processing new business and overseeing end-to-end case progression
  • Preparing high-quality documentation, meeting notes, and suitability report drafts
  • Ensuring compliance and upholding high professional standards
