Join a Specialist IFS Managed Services Team Supporting a Major Multi-National Organisation Across Africa

Working with organisations across multiple industries, we provide enterprise-class Application Management Services (AMS), technical consulting, Cloud upgrades and continuous improvement programmes.

As our African operations continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our regional support capability with experienced IFS professionals who are passionate about customer service, collaboration and long-term partnership.

This is a permanent, fully remote position based in Africa.

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Senior IFS Support Specialists to join our growing African Managed Services team.

This role will support a complex enterprise IFS Cloud environment operating across multiple African countries and business entities, providing business-critical support to users across Finance, Supply Chain, Enterprise Asset Management, Projects, Human Capital Management and Reporting.

Working alongside our UK leadership team and international delivery centres, you will become part of a highly collaborative organisation focused on service excellence, customer engagement and continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support across IFS Cloud and IFS Applications 10
  • Investigate and resolve complex functional issues while maintaining agreed service levels
  • Manage incidents, problems and service requests using ITIL best practice
  • Support multiple business units operating across several African countries
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements
  • Assist with minor enhancements, configuration changes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support application upgrades, testing and release activities
  • Contribute to knowledge management and service documentation
  • Participate in governance reviews and continual service improvement activities
  • Collaborate with UK, African and international delivery teams

Skills & Experience

We're looking for professionals with strong experience supporting enterprise IFS environments.

Ideally you'll have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Finance
  • Supply Chain & Procurement
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
  • Projects
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Reporting & Analytics

You should also have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting IFS ERP
  • Strong experience with IFS Applications 10 and/or IFS Cloud
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working within an ITIL service management environment
  • Strong customer engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within a remote international team

Desirable Skills

  • Experience supporting geographically distributed organisations
  • Experience working within Energy, Utilities, Mining, Infrastructure or other asset-intensive industries
  • Exposure to multinational environments
  • Experience with Power BI or enterprise reporting solutions
  • French and/or Portuguese language skills would be highly advantageous.
