Job Description
At Youwe, we help international brands navigate the complex world of digital growth. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring clients thrive in a fast-paced market.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;
- Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations;
- Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects;
- Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes;
- Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions;
- From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects.

Job Requirements
Must-haves
- 5+ years’ experience as an Implementation or Technical Consultant, preferably in a digital agency;
- Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms;
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture;
- Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI-driven enrichment or automation;
- Familiarity with commerce platforms, CMS, or ERP integrations;
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Data Science.
