Senior Finance Implementation Consultant

At Klipboard, we’ve introduced a flexible hybrid work policy, where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home. Our approach promotes a balanced work environment combining office collaboration and remote convenience.

Klipboard’s brand brings together 40 years of expertise across distribution, automotive, retail, rental, transport management, manufacturing, and field service management. Our mission is to provide customers with a competitive advantage through flexible, industry-specific solutions—software, technology, advice, and research-backed expertise.

As a global, growing business, we embrace AI and emerging technologies to enhance customer outcomes and collaboration. We’re looking for curious, adaptable individuals passionate about leveraging technology while maintaining strong human insight and communication.

About the Role

As a Senior Finance Implementation Consultant, you’ll own the delivery of finance workstreams on ERP One projects, from discovery and design through build, testing, and go-live. This role requires:

  • Guiding customer decision-making
  • Meeting advanced/niche functionality challenges
  • Driving continuous improvement in Professional Services
  • Coaching consultants and improving capability documentation
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers/PMO for seamless delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP One finance implementations on Enterprise and Tailored projects, ensuring alignment with scope, plan, and quality targets.
  • Own day-to-day delivery: Adhere to schedules, manage risks/issues, and deliver transparent progress updates with customers and Project Managers/PMO.
  • Guide critical decisions on process design, data modelling, integrations, and change impacts—balancing timelines, commercials, and customer outcomes.
  • Resolve escalations end-to-end and implement lessons learned for continuous workflow improvement.
  • Develop advanced/niche ERP One finance capabilities, becoming a Capability Lead with documentation and enablement materials.
  • Mentor and coach consultants, onboard new joiners, and guide performance improvements.
  • Shape rigorous scopes and weekly plans for predictable, high-quality delivery.
  • Drive cross-team initiatives to raise Professional Services delivery standards through better inter-departmental collaboration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
