Senior Implementation Manager

TPT Retirement Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of new CDC and DC pension scheme clients. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering smooth, well-managed transitions that give employers, trustees, advisers and members’ confidence from day one.

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of new clients, from initial scoping through to operational handover. Working alongside new business development, operations, technology, administration teams and external stakeholders, you will make sure each transition is carefully planned, clearly communicated and delivered in line with regulatory requirements, contractual commitments and industry best practice.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the onboarding and implementation of new CDC and DC pension scheme clients.
  • Developing and improving onboarding processes, methodologies and project documentation.
  • Managing data migration, risk transfer, asset transfer and operational readiness activity.
  • Building detailed project plans, tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, issues and resources.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for employers, trustees, advisers and third-party administrators throughout the transition.
  • Working with internal teams to support system, process and data integration into business-as-usual operations.
  • Supporting new business activity by explaining TPT’s onboarding approach and contributing to client-facing materials.
  • Working with business development and delivery teams to support agreement of key contractual terms.
  • Ensuring onboarding activity is delivered in line with regulatory requirements, data protection obligations and TPT’s Information Security Policy.
  • Representing TPT professionally and helping to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
