Join Fieldfisher as a Senior Inclusion Executive!

The Senior Inclusion Executive sits within Fieldfisher’s Inclusion Team, a team of four comprising the Head of Inclusion, two Senior Inclusion Executives, and an Inclusion Assistant. The team forms part of the wider Sustainability & ESG (SESG) Department, which brings together the firm’s activities across:

  • People – Inclusion
  • Planet – Climate and Environment
  • Purpose and Prosperity – Our legal services and Pro bono and Communities
  • Governance and Sustainability Systems.

This role is accountable for driving the delivery and embedding of the firm’s Inclusion strategy across the UK and European offices. Operating with autonomy, the Senior Inclusion Executive will lead the end-to-end execution of inclusion priorities, translating strategy into impactful programmes, campaigns and communications that are visible, measurable and aligned to business objectives.

Working in close partnership with the Head of Inclusion and wider inclusion team, you will take ownership of planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement, ensuring momentum is maintained across multiple workstreams. You will be supported by the team Inclusion Assistant, enabling you to focus on strategic execution, prioritisation and driving outcomes.

We are looking for a confident, pragmatic and delivery-focused Senior Inclusion Executive who can independently manage projects, engage stakeholders, and translate complex inclusion topics, data, and lived experience into clear, compelling, and balanced business and people-focused narrative, goals, project plans and concrete actions.

Core Responsibilities

Inclusion strategy implementation and delivery

  • Embed our Inclusion strategy across our UK and European offices ensuring alignment with wider business priorities.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, action plans and drive delivery at pace, holding stakeholders to account for progress.
  • Act as a central point of accountability for inclusion activity, coordinating across functions including HR, Marketing and regional teams.
  • Co-own and deliver the firmwide inclusion calendar, leading the design and execution of high-impact campaigns and awareness activities.
  • Provide direction to inclusion networks, ensuring alignment with the firms inclusion priorities, clear network goals /priorities and consistent delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Track, analyse and report on progress against inclusion action plans, using data and insight to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Work with HR Systems team to enable an improved but secure approach to report diversity data.
  • Measure, evaluate and report on the effectiveness and reach of inclusion initiatives.

Marketing, communications and content

  • Working with the Comms team, lead the development and delivery of inclusion communications, shaping a clear and consistent narrative aligned to the firm’s strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Communications team to design and deliver integrated, audience-led campaigns across internal and external channels.
  • Continuously improve inclusion content across digital platforms (intranet, webpages, social), ensuring relevance, consistency and impact.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content (emails, newsletters, campaigns, articles), tailoring tone and messaging to different audiences.
  • Drive the use of creative storytelling and data-led insight to influence engagement, understanding and behavioural change.

Project management

  • Within clear program strategic priorities set by the Head of Inclusion, lead multiple concurrent inclusion programmes and campaigns, demonstrating strong project management discipline and delivery excellence.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through to delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain clear governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across all workstreams.
  • Provide oversight and direction to administrative and operational activity, supported by the Inclusion Assistant, to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Coordinate responses to client requests and industry benchmarking surveys involving qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Actively manage the firm's relationships with external diversity membership campaigns and charities.
  • Support Head of Inclusion with inclusion policies, programmes and training.

Skills and Experience

  • A demonstrable commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, with a clear understanding of workplace inclusion in a professional services environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects, workstreams or campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and channels.
  • Experience creating engaging content across a range of formats (email, web, social, digital signage).
  • Confident working independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving work through to completion.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • A collaborative, practical team player with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tools such as Canva and Vuture is advantageous.
