Senior Indirect Procurement Manager – Europe

Location: Central London (Great Portland Street) Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in the office) Salary & Benefits: Competitive package

About Edgewell

Edgewell isn’t just a company—it’s a vibrant global community of 6,800+ visionaries, doers, and makers, united by over 25 personal care brands serving markets across 50+ countries. We’re committed to infusing joyfulness into every aspect of our work and guiding our culture through the principle of "People First"—fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful environment where every team member can thrive.

Let’s Talk About You

You’re ambitious with purpose, thriving in challenges and eager to shape your future. You want to make your mark, collaborate with inspiring colleagues, and bring your personality to your work.

If this resonates with you, this role could be your next step.

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business

We’re seeking a Senior Indirect Procurement Manager to join Edgewell Personal Care, a global leader in consumer goods with brands like Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, and Cremo Grooming.

This isn’t a theoretical role—it’s an opportunity to transform, build, and own Indirect Procurement in Europe, propelling it into a strategic, value-driven function.

Key Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be tackling:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Indirect Procurement team (3+ direct reports), setting ambitious priorities and adapting swiftly to business evolution.
  • Own and drive category strategy across a broad indirect portfolio (including Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Facilities, Logistics, MRO, Fleet, and Contingent Labour), aligning with long-term business goals.
  • Execute best-in-class sourcing and negotiations, leading end-to-end tenders, supplier evaluations, and complex contract negotiations in partnership with the Centre of Excellence (CoE).
  • Build and nurture strategic supplier relationships, focusing on performance, innovation, and value maximisation across the region.
  • Deliver measurable value by creating and implementing a savings pipeline, improving tail spend visibility, and leveraging market insights.
  • Proactively manage risk, embedding a strong risk mindset to mitigate financial, legal, reputational, and supply chain challenges.
  • Partner across the business as a trusted advisor to EU leadership, collaborating globally to implement best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
