Senior Manager – VAT Advisory (Technology, Digital & Media)
A rare opportunity for an experienced VAT professional to lead a key advisory service line within a global technology business, working at the centre of some of the most innovative and fast-growing digital, technology, media, and consumer platforms in the market.
This is a highly commercial role where you will partner directly with senior stakeholders across product, commercial, finance, legal, and operations teams, providing strategic VAT advice on major business initiatives. From international expansions and new product launches to emerging digital services, technology innovation, and evolving business models, you will play a pivotal role in helping the business scale and grow across EMEA.
Leading a team of VAT specialists, you will act as the trusted advisor to the business, taking ownership of a diverse and complex portfolio while ensuring tax considerations are embedded into decision-making from the outset. Success in this role will require the ability to translate highly technical VAT matters into clear, practical, and commercially focused advice that enables stakeholders to move forward with confidence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
