Senior Influencer Strategist – Dyson

About the Role
We are developing and supporting the strategic direction and execution of Dyson’s approach to influencers globally, across Home technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Influencers:
- Lead and create Dyson’s global influencer strategy and concepts for Home products, collaborating with Home Business Unit commercial and PR teams.
- Work with Dyson’s internal creative agency and social teams to embed influencers and creators into campaigns and ideas.
- Oversee global talent financial management, contract negotiations, agent relationships, briefs, and media integration where relevant.
- Manage Dyson’s external influencer agency relationship, assessing campaign performance for insights and opportunities.
- Share best practices on influencer campaigns across markets and regions.
- Ensure on-time delivery of assets for new product launches with relevant business units.
- Work across earned, owned, and paid channels.
- Stay ahead of influencer content trends for maximum exposure.
- Deliver influencer and social reporting, integrating social data into broader marketing strategies.

Partnerships:
- Driving Dyson’s global brand partnership strategies for Home technologies.
- Co-author product campaigns—including launch and sustain activities.
Social:
- Implement Dyson’s social media strategy with a focus on Home technologies.
- Lead on campaign thinking for new product launches and campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, ideally in home, technology, luxury, or industrial design.
- Cross-functional influencer campaign experience working with paid, owned, and earned teams.
- Experience across multiple social media platforms—expertise in creative, editorial, digital marketing and the blending of social and influencer strategy.
- Strong project management skills for managing multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Competency in legal contract development for partners and influencers.
- Familiarity with industry influencer management tools (Lefty experience is a bonus).
- Tech-savvy in identifying and assessing influencers.
- Dynamic personality, excellent collaboration and communication, and a passion for driving results in a fast-moving environment.
