About Us

We are responsible for helping people understand how Dyson technology works—and why it’s different and better—by creating compelling, world-class content across every channel and market. Our work is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply connected to Dyson’s mission of solving problems others ignore.

About The Role

We are responsible for helping people understand how Dyson technology works - and why it’s different and better - by creating compelling, world-class content across every channel and market. Our work is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply connected to Dyson’s mission of solving problems others ignore.

What we’re looking for: A dynamic, passionate and well-organised Senior Influencer Strategist, to develop and support the strategic direction and execution of Dyson’s approach to influencers globally, across Home technologies.

The role involves leading the global strategy and ideation for influencers, alongside governance and suggestion of key profiles. These strategies are usually executed at a market level, with local stakeholders and agencies selecting and contracting the local talent. There’s also scope to suggest and place influencers and creators into the heart of global creative and social campaigns, influencing the ideas from the central campaign team.

Influencers:

  • Lead and create Dyson’s global influencer strategy and concepts across Dyson’s Home product portfolio, in partnership with the Home Business Unit commercial and PR teams, across a global annual calendar, new product campaigns and social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with a top-notch internal creative agency and social team to bake influencer and creators into the hearts of new campaigns and ideas, from multiple fast-paced global product campaigns to content opportunities.
  • Where relevant for global talent - support proactive global budget management, contract negotiations, agent relationships, briefs and integration into media, PR, content and marketing programs.
  • Manage and lead the central external influencer agency relationship, to analyse and assess global campaign performance to provide valuable insights and opportunities.
  • Share insights and best practices for influencer and event activity across markets & regions.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of all assets for new product launches, in partnership with the BUs.
  • Work closely with Dyson’s creative, social, PR and commercial teams to ensure that relevant content is leveraged across earned, owned and paid channels.
  • Remain on the pulse of influencer content trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure.
  • Support the delivery of Home Business Unit, region and market influencer reporting & processes to create actionable insights for future product launches and social media programs; integrate social data into broader digital marketing reports to ensure data-driven content decisions and circulate strategies and learnings between markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
