Senior Information Coordinator (Central Region)
SES Engineering Services is seeking a Senior Information Coordinator to support high-profile, technically complex projects across diverse sectors, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely digital information delivery.
About the Role
This key role in digital construction, information management, and structured data delivery requires a highly organised professional with expertise in managing Common Data Environments (CDEs). Your work will champion information standards, BIM Execution Plans, and frameworks like ISO 19650—supporting scalable information coordination, including the Golden Thread of Information.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Information Quality Assurance:
- Validate, classify, distribute, and track digital information (drawings, models, documentation).
- Uphold adherence to ISO 19650, internal requirements, and BIM Execution Plans.
- Monitor and escalate risks, gaps, or non-compliance against Master and Task Information Delivery Plans.

Engineer & Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs):
- Administrate and scale platforms (e.g., Autodesk, Dalux, Viewpoint).
- Provide user training, troubleshooting, and subject-matter expertise.
- Align processes with file naming conventions, data security, and modern standards.

Stakeholder & Collaboration Liaison:
- Act as a single point of contact for project teams, consultants, clients, and supply chain partners.
- Streamline information exchange workflows, improving consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across digital, site, and project teams.
- Supervise Information Coordinators, offer support, and drive continuous improvement.

- Reporting & Analytics:
- Configure and maintain project dashboards (compliance metrics, RFIs, submissions, etc.).
- Generate actionable data-driven insights to support project decision-making.
Requirements & Skills
Knowledge

Technical Proficiency:
- Deep expertise in CDEs/mnemonic methodologies, BIM methodologies, and document control.
- Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Autodesk CDEs, Dalux, Viewpoint/Aconex/Asite.
- Ability to produce/review status reports, map information flows, and assess data integrity.

Standards & Compliance:
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM protocols, and information security frameworks.
- Proficiency in interpreting openBIM standards and Golden Thread implementation.
