Senior Information Security Specialist – Glasgow – up to £70K plus benefits (Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the Glasgow office)
We're recruiting for a Senior Information Security Specialist to join the cyber security team of a leading global professional services organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in strengthening and evolving a global cyber defence capability. You'll work across security operations, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management and cyber defence strategy, collaborating with IT teams, business stakeholders and third-party providers.

- Lead threat and vulnerability management activities
- Investigate and respond to security incidents
- Conduct proactive threat hunting using SIEM and EDR technologies
- Develop and enhance incident response processes
- Report on security risks, metrics and control effectiveness
- Support the delivery of cyber security strategy and security transformation initiatives
We're looking for experience in:
- Security Operations / Cyber Defence
- SIEM and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
- Threat hunting and incident response
- Vulnerability management
- Security governance, reporting and risk management
- Working with internal stakeholders and third-party security providers
