Day to day:

Insight Global is seeking a Digital IT Senior Analyst to join a leading manufacturing organisation in Hemel Hempstead, working onsite four days per week. This role supports ERP-driven manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and fulfilment operations across 220+ EMEA locations, delivering digital IT initiatives and ensuring business-critical processes run efficiently. The successful candidate will perform system analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, troubleshoot ERP transaction issues, and drive standardisation across order-to-invoice workflows. Working closely with operational stakeholders and credit managers, they will help optimise processes, implement best practices, and support the enhancement of new technologies and services across the business.

  • 4+ years of Digital IT Analyst experience
  • Previous experience working in a global enterprise environment, specifically within the manufacturing domain.
  • Strong hands on experience with end to end ERP systems support such as with JDE, Oracle or SAP etc.
  • Experience performing system analysis, data interpretation, process and change analysis, and standardization for ERP end to end support
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related area
