Job title: Senior IT Project Manager
Location: London
Contract length: 6 months
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Senior IT Procurement Project Manager to join a Digital Technologies Commercial team. In this senior-level position, you will act as a key partner to the Global Head of Digital Technologies, helping to drive consistency, standardise processes and deliver strategic cost-saving initiatives across a fragmented digital technology landscape.
This is a critical role for a self-starter who has successfully operated in complex, layered organizations and can build strong rapport with senior stakeholders. Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:
- Process Mapping & Standardisation: Partner with business stakeholders to audit, document and map current processes across various departments to identify inconsistencies
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to standardise ways of working across the Digital Technologies function
- Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects centred around cost-saving initiatives
- Governance & Reporting: Implement robust governance frameworks, track savings benefits and manage/report on project delivery status, progress, risks and issues
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a "right-hand" partner to the Global Head of Digital Technologies, influencing senior leadership and driving change

Required Skills & Experience
- Domain Expertise: Proven background in IT procurement and program/project management.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a complex organization is essential. Prior experience in consulting or within a large consumer packaged goods (CPG) company is highly preferred
- Leadership & Soft Skills: Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders, navigate ambiguity and translate complex processes into actionable plans
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with a track record of implementing robust project governance and tracking financial benefits
